Digital Marketing Campaigns for Whiteley Autos, Woking

The Project Brief

Our brief was to raise awareness of the Whiteley Autos brand in and around Woking. Although they are a forty year old business, very few people had heard of them as they were on an industrial estate with little passing trade.

We therefore created a content marketing strategy to help them attract and retain their ideal clients. We did this in a variety of ways; by creating compelling content, and by reaching out to people on social media via Facebook Local groups.

We also updated their website to ensure that we could track the customer journey from social media to their site.

In order to fulfill the business objectives we used the following marketing tools:
Facebook and Instagram advertising
Video editing and production software

The problem we helped solve...

Before we started working with Whiteley Autos they were struggling to get customers through the door. They are based on an industrial estate in Woking and very few local people had heard of them.
We reached over 125,000 people in Woking.
This resulted in 2,276 positive actions
We created 3 new on-going relationships
Over 43,000 people watched the videos

Another Successful Campaign

Since we started working with them, they have been inundated with customers. As a result of this one advert we reached over 125,000 in the Woking area. This resulted in 2,276 positive actions by potential customers, created 3 new on-going relationships and 10 people shared the advert with their friends on Facebook. Finally, over 43,000 people watched the videos of our clients at work in their workshop. The clients’ were thrilled with the results, as this campaign ran during the first Lockdown.
